I took my father out trolling for the 10am tide. Back to Worlds End. This time a light rain moved in. Neither of us seemed to care. I continued to use the spinner. My father used an un-weighted tube eel. It seemed to do the trick with a sea worm on the tube hook. He landed two nice undersized stripers. Frustrated, I changed to a eel, nothing. I kept hooking the bottom. I need an unweighted eel. Fishing in 5 feet of water simply does not work with a weighted lure. See Pic.

Worlds End - Hull
