DTS Drainage Pond – Maynard

I pulled over to the DTS drainage pond and took 20 or so casts with my light trout rod (6#) using a large #4 Mepps, Buck Tail/Silver. Nothing, no hits. I was hoping for a Bass. The water is high everywhere and still very cold
