Charles River - Boston

I fished the “outflow” in Boston Saturday morning. Fished from 6am-ish to 8am-ish. A few hits and two runs. No fish landed! Used all the same baits and techniques as before. It rained the days previous and there was a lot of trash in the water accompanied by a slick. Not sure if that changed much but the fish did not seem to be as plentiful as days past. Both air and water cold, overcast.
