Andy and i met at 5pm at his house. For the first time we tried another location of the Sudbury River. We launched off of Pelham Island Rd (close to Heards). Right away, within about 5 minutes and close to the launch I landed a small Perch on my dressed Mepps #5. The at least an hour past and back to back Pickerels. Both similar in size. One had a nice lump in it's stomach appearing to have just ate something. Both on the Mepps #5.Andy caught a few Perch, I think a Pickerel, and this Bass (pic). One my last cast of the night, I lost my dressed Mepps. That Mepps alone landed 80% of my fish so far this year, including 4 Pike. Also attached was a nice light weight steel leader.
